We Use USPS Priority Shipping. All orders over $75 Ships Free

*WE ONLY SHIP ON WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY*

After receiving payment. (Items are shipped Wednesday & Saturday Excludes Holidays ). After doing so we will send you a notification emails, with tracking info ; a shipping confirmation when out for delivery; and another confirmation once item has been delivered.

Any refused packages cost will result in the buyer being responsible for re-shipping.

 

**HOLIDAY SEASON DELIVERY**

During the months of November-January 15th UPS becomes very busy with deliveries for the holiday season. Please take this into consideration before contacting us. During these months please give your item at LEAST 2 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE.

Lost/Stolen Package

Beautiful Beautyy Llc is not responsible for lost packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). We suggest going directly to the USPS closest to your home with the tracking information, the carrier will have to provide details of where exactly the package was delivered. Calling may not be as effective. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS
– We will constantly provide you with updates about your order by e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department during our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 24 hours after your order leaves our location.
