Beautiful Beautyy LLC does not cover return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE All original shipping fees are Non refundable.
Returned item(s) will only be eligible for a Store Credit if they meet the following criteria:
- All return packages must be posted out within 5 days from date of being received.
- Merchandise must be unworn and shoes must not be damaged or scuffed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without all tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” “Last Pair Sale” or “Accessories” cannot be returned.
- Deep discounts such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday after Christmas sales & all Sales of 30% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Customer is solely responsible for return shipping fees. A return tracking number is recommended. We are not responsible for items we did not recieve.
- Merchandise must be packed in the original box and in a secure protective box/packaging when shipped back.
- Beautiful Beautyy diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
- Original Shipping fees are non refundable.
- There will be no refunds by cash or debit Back to any Credit Or Debit Card.
- Absolutely no refunds will be given ONLY STORE CREDIT.
FAQ's
5 days from the date the item was received. On the 6th day the purchase is considered final sale.
We at Beautiful Beautyy Llc strive with providing our customers quality and affordable footwear. We aim to get it right the first time. Please be sure to read the item descriptions very carefully for sizing recommendations prior to purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) with approval for a store credit. We do not issue refunds.
Return shipping costs are non refundable.
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
*If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product please email us first. Once you contact us to resolve the problem we will then redirect you on how to proceed with the return and we will cover the return cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know within 2 business days if the Store Credit was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically recieve Store Credit.
What is the store credit policy?
We strive to make the return process as painless as possible. Items can be returned for a store credit. Store credit can be used for future purchases
Store credits can only be issued once we have approved return and received item(s).
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification within 48 hours with your store credit.
